Shipping policy

We reserve a specific time period, referred throughout the site as "Processing Time", before your order is ready for shipment. Since we offer a wide selection of jewelry designs, we often need this time frame to get your jewelry made and packaged before it is ready for shipping. In most cases, our Processing Time is up to 1 week, although in certain situations it can be more or less. Our Processing Time, at any given time, is specified in each product listing.

Standard Shipping to U.S. Addresses:
Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Mail. Per USPS guidelines, domestic delivery times range between 2-9 days, but in most cases 2-4 business days to the contiguous 48 states.

Standard Shipping to International Addresses:
Orders are shipped via USPS Global Mail. Per USPS guidelines, delivery times range between 10-21 business days. Please note that our international customers are responsible for any and all Customs Import Taxes and/or VAT charged by their country.
