User Accounts
To place an order with www.bluehourdesigns.com, it is recommended that you first register as a user. Registered users can view their order history and have access to all types of payment methods. Unregistered users can only pay for their order using PayPal and can not view their order history. In order to place a wholesale order, you must first request a wholesale account with www.bluehourdesigns.com. All accounts are accessed with the combination of your user e-mail and password. Please keep your password secure. You are fully responsible for all activity, liability and damage resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality. Please notify us immediately if you suspect illegal use of your account so we can reset your password or disable your account if necessary. Blue Hour Designs, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone without providing a notice or supplying a reason.
Prices
All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD). Each $ symbol refers to a price in USD. Prices are subject to change without any notice at the sole discretion of Blue Hour Designs, LLC. Should a price change for any item that you may have added to your shopping cart before checking out, the price will automatically be adjusted.
Communication
When registering for an account with www.bluehourdesigns.com, you have an option to sign up to receive our monthly newsletter which will contain promotional marketing materials about our products. Blue Hour Designs, LLC may also contact you to 1)welcome you after registering 2)deliver a receipt confirming your order 3)provide a shipping notice 4)discuss an administrative matter 5)respond to a request originating from you. Occasionally, Blue Hour Designs, LLC may also send you additional marketing materials by e-mail or regular mail to announce sales and other promotions. You can opt out of such communication, by sending us a request at info@bluehourdesigns.com.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can be purchased in any denomination and are valid only at www.bluehourdesigns.com. Although gift cards hold no cash value, they are always accepted as a method of payment on www.bluehourdesigns.com. Blue Hour Designs, LLC will always mail you an actual gift card and optionally also e-mail you the gift card code. The gift cards have no expiration date.
Shipping Policies
Blue Hour Designs, LLC ships world-wide. Currently, all orders are shipped via USPS. All domestic orders (within the U.S.) are shipped with delivery confirmation. Delivery times and costs vary based on your chosen shipping method. International delivery times can range between 10-21 business days. You, the buyer, are responsible for any applicable import duties and VAT charged by your country, if any. Since USPS does not guarantee delivery of any piece of mail, we cannot guarantee delivery either. If you would like to insure your package, please add this service to your order upon checking out.
Most retail orders placed on www.bluehourdesigns.com will ship within 1-6 business days of receiving payment. Wholesale orders can take significantly longer to fill depending on the size of the order. However, we fill each order as soon as possible and provide an estimated date of completion when the order is placed. In most cases, we will notify you when your order has shipped.
All jewelry items are carefully packaged in cotton lined jewelry boxes made of recycled materials. The boxes are mailed in a bubble envelope and marked ‘Fragile’. In order to reduce waste, we do not provide a paper receipt with your order unless specifically requested to do so.
Return Policies
Our bottom line is to make you as a customer happy with your purchase. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied in any way with your order and we will work with you to rectify the situation. If, however, you remain unsatisfied, Blue Hour Designs, LLC follows the following return policies depending on your situation:
Item is Received in Damaged Condition
If possible, we will replace the damaged item at no cost to you. The damaged item must be mailed back to us within ten (10) days of the date received and we will reimburse you for your shipping costs for having to do so. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will immediately ship out a replacement. If we are not able to replace the damaged item, we will refund both the original cost of the item and shipping charges for mailing that item.
Return of Any Regular Item for Any Other Reason
We will refund 100% of your purchase (less shipping costs) if the item is returned in its original condition within ten (10) days from the date received. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any items beyond the ten (10) days.
Return of Any Custom Made or Custom Sized Item for Any Other Reason
Unfortunately, since these items are made per your specific requirements, we cannot guarantee that your custom made piece of jewelry can be returned. However, please do not hesitate to contact us within ten (10) days of receipt, as we are more than willing to discuss your situation with you.
Disclaimer/Limitation of Liability
Our domain www.bluehourdesigns.com is provided to you AS IS and on AS AVAILABLE basis for you to use at your own risk. We do not make nor imply any warranties about its functionality or availability. Blue Hour Designs, LLC or any of its shareholders, officers, directors or employees shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your ability or inability to use this site, equipment malfunction, software malfunction, computer viruses.
